Another reason (remember, these are just my theories) why I think VG Gaga II didn't sell out like the first one did is because the first one is such a bold, statement color. It's a spotlight-loving pink that people were instantly attracted to (very Gaga-esque), whereas, this nude looks downplayed in comparison. I think people (like me) were expecting the second coming of a crazy, bold lipstick. In my opinion, though, nudes can make the same kind of statement as that flashy pink.
I love this color. I need to do some swatch comparisons for you guys because I think I have a few similar shades. I like the formula (Amplified) and I didn't find it to be overly-drying. The best part? Every cent goes to the MAC AIDS Fund. Can't beat that!
Have you tried it? Tell me honestly, do you love it or hate it? From what I gather, it's that kind of color. Love it or hate it, that is.

LOVED your review! GaGa 2 is my new favorite color! Kinda reminds me of a lighter Blankety (also my FAV) and I la la LOVE amplified, great coverage and it lasts! xoxo

I really want to get my hands on this! I am notcing that I acutally really love amplifieds which is more of a reason to get this! xo
It looks gorgeous on everyone but I'm sure I'm wayyyy too plate so sport this color )=
Myth didn't work for me and while I've really wanted to try Gaga 2, I'm scared. You hit the nail right on the head; nudes can be scary. Much scarier to me than reds or even dare I say oranges.
Primp and Giggle - Thanks! I have to try Blankety. I don't have it!
Dev - It's a pretty awesome color. Although right now, I'm crazy for Fleshpot.
Gaby - Ten bucks says you're not! I think anything would look awesome on you.
Jennifer - This is a little darker than Myth and more wearable, I'd say. If you try it and think it's still too light, then you should really like Peachstock (it's a pro color, though). Or, you can always use VG Gaga II as a base color and use a darker gloss over it. :)
